REQUIREMENT

The customer, as part of a major plant renovation project, needs to install a new fire-fighting system that can combine innovation, safety and compliance with current legislation.
This requirement is part of the company's desire to maximise respect for the environment and for the health and safety of employees, collaborators, customers and suppliers. 

IDROELETTRICA’S PROPOSAL

In order to fully respond to this request, a containment module was offered constituting the casing of the outdoor fire-fighting system called FIREBOX and a fire-fighting unit intended for suction lift installation, made with a main pump with diesel drive, no.°2 single-rotating main electric pumps of standardised end suction centrifugal type, with a horizontal axis of the BACK PULL OUT type and an electric pump pilot.

The solution proposed by Idroelettrica has guaranteed Rechim srl to have a reliable product, completely produced in-house according to the UNI EN 1090 standard and in full compliance with current fire regulations.
