Idroelettrica S.p.A. builds monobloc tanks for outdoor positioning, used as a fire-fighting water storage made of Fe360B-S235JR UNI EN10025-2, complete with: Lifting eyebolts Welds made with processes and qualified and certified personnel according to UNI EN 287/I Welding wire type IT-SG3 (high resistance welds, up to 600 N/mm²) tested at a pressure of 1.5 Bar External coating consisting of treatment with two-component anti-corrosive epoxy Internal coating with two-component grey anti-corrosive epoxy (for non-food use).
THE ADVANTAGES
Possibility of continuous control of the level of the tank UNI EN 12845 H.2.4 Preparation for an anti-vortex plate that allows to limit the value of the minimum leaf above the suction UNI EN 12845/9.3.5 In this way the almost complete utilisation of the volume of the storage tank is obtained.
MANUFACTURING SPECIFICATIONS
Each tank is designed and verified statically and dynamically, with the limit states method, according to the laws and technical standards in force, using the Enexsys calculation code. Based on the calculation, the internal reinforcement elements necessary for ensuring the stability of the tanks, have been sized; these reinforcements are made of high-strength metal profiles (UPN 80, T60X60).
