Idroelettrica S.p.A. manufactures monobloc tanks for outdoor installation, fabricated from Fe360B \u2013 S235JR steel (UNI EN 10025\u20112) and supplied complete with handling equipment and plant connection fittings.<br \/>\nFabrication is carried out under qualified procedures: welds are executed by personnel certified to UNI EN 287\/1 using IT\u2011SG3 welding wire to achieve high\u2011strength joints (up to 600 N\/mm\u00b2).  Each tank is <strong>pressure-tested at 1.5 bar<\/strong> and protected with specialized anti-corrosion coatings: <strong>two-component epoxy<\/strong> on the exterior and <strong>gray two-component epoxy<\/strong> on the interior (for <strong>non-food applications<\/strong>).<br \/>\nFrom a functional standpoint, the tank can be configured to allow <strong>for continuous level monitoring<\/strong> and equipped with <strong>an anti-vortex plate<\/strong>, which helps limit the minimum head above the inlet and makes more complete use of the storage volume, as specified in <strong>UNI EN 12845<\/strong>.
