Job Description: The successful candidate will join the Technical Department and will be responsible for mechanical design and preparing the technical documentation required for production.

Main Activities

  • Develop 3D models of parts and assemblies using SolidWorks or equivalent CAD software.
  • Create 2D drawings and technical drawings in accordance with company technical standards.
  • Perform dimensioning and tolerance checks on mechanical drawings.
  • Manage and update the technical documentation related to production orders.

Requirements

  • Educational background: technical diploma in mechanical engineering; a bachelor’s degree in a technical or engineering field is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in a similar role, preferably in environments with structured production processes.
  • Technical skills: proficiency in CAD/CAM software; professional knowledge of SolidWorks is preferred.
  • Languages: Knowledge of technical English is preferred.
  • Transferable skills: attention to detail, the ability to manage priorities, and the ability to work as part of a team with the Engineering Department, Production, and Purchasing.

Job Description The successful candidate will provide operational support to the Planning team to ensure the proper development of the company’s production plan. They will manage and monitor production progress, acting as a cross-functional facilitator to optimize timelines and operational processes.

Main Activities

  • Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer orders, priorities, and production capacity.
  • Assess the availability of materials, components, and semi-finished products in coordination with the Logistics and Purchasing departments.
  • Manage MRP and advanced scheduling.
  • Monitor production progress through cross-departmental coordination.
  • Analyze deviations from the plan and define concrete corrective actions.
  • Work with the Technical Department when there are changes to bills of materials, production cycles, or the introduction of new products.
  • Participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement projects in the Operations department.

Requirements

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering; alternatively, a technical diploma in mechanical or industrial engineering.

Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in structured organizations or in environments with standardized processes.

Technical Skills

  • Excellent knowledge of the main production processes.
  • Ability to interpret bills of materials, production cycles, and evaluate equipment capacity.
  • Proficiency in Excel; experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI) is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and optimization methodologies.

We are looking for a technical sales representative for the province of Milan and surrounding areas.

The position is intended for a professional with proven experience in the hydraulic and fire protection sector.

Requirements:

  • Availability for continuous training, including at the head office
  • Proven experience in the sector of at least 5 years
  • Degree in Hydraulic Engineering or related field of study preferred

Main activities:

The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients and maintaining established ones, must possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, initiative, ability to manage commercial negotiations, and a strong customer orientation.

Considerable experience in technical promotion of products to engineering firms, engineering companies, and general contractors is essential.
