AS PROVIDED FOR IN POINT 6.1.2. OF UNI/TR 11438:2016 THE FLEXIBLE JOINTS THAT CAN BE USED TO CONNECT THE FIRE PUMPS ARE THOSE THAT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF UNI EN 12845:2020 17.1.4
Therefore, rubber joints are prohibited and only steel joints that can withstand pressures of ≥ 40 bar are allowed.
